After tackling eco-design with Eco-mobilier, we are continuing our collective movement towards a more sustainable furniture industry with the ambition of eliminating plastic packaging in the sector.
Seven major furniture companies have already come together to find innovative, viable and rapidly scalable solutions on the market.
There is no "one size fits all" solution that responds successfully to reduction (suppression on the long term), reuse and recycling objectives for single-use plastic packaging.
Despite this, we strongly believe that acting together to break down silos and pool R&D costs is the best way to rapidly extend innovative and sustainable solutions to replace plastic packaging.
